China Central Radio and Television Station's Voice of the Taiwan Strait (foreign name: CMG Cross-Strait Radio, Frequency call sign: CNR-5, The Voice of the Taiwan Strait, formerly known as the Central People's Broadcasting Station's broadcasting to Taiwan, was established on August 15, 1954.
On December 29, 2003, the Central People's Broadcasting Station broadcasted the call sign "Voice of China" to Taiwan Broadcasting. On March 24, 2021, the Central People's Broadcasting Station's Voice of China was renamed as "Central Radio and Television Station's Voice of the Taiwan Strait".
